Intelligraphics to provide development support for NeoMagic controllers.
RICHARDSON, Texas, December 6, 2000 - Intelligraphics, Inc. and NeoMagic Corporation (NASDAQ: NMGC) today announced NeoMagic's selection of Intelligraphics as its authorized software support provider for NeoMagic's existing MagicMedia™256 and MagicGraph™128 notebook PC graphics products. Intelligraphics will provide PC OEM manufacturers with defect corrections and feature enhancements to the existing display and audio device drivers from NeoMagic. NeoMagic, the leading pioneer of embedded DRAM and logic technology, announced earlier this year plans to shift its focus from the PC graphics marketplace to emerging applications in the handheld Internet Appliance, Internet Video and Broadband Wireless markets. At the same time, the company remains committed to ensuring smooth product support and transitions for its historical notebook PC customers.
