Product Manager
Responsibilities: Manage activities related to the company's mobile multimedia products and technology used for handheld devices such as multimedia-rich mobile handsets, digital mobile TV devices, and other mobile multimedia player devices. This includes product management for the company's system-level software as well as semiconductor products for the entire life cycle of the product.
Coordinate definition of market opportunities and product requirements.
Manage the development of product datasheets and development manuals. Create high quality product briefs, brochures, presentations and training material, etc.
Work closely with engineering teams both internal and external to ensure on-time completion of projects and delivery of products.
Requirements: Experience with mobile handheld multimedia products including mobile handsets, mobile TV, personal media players, GPS navigation devices, video recorders/players, digital still cameras is a huge plus.
Must be technically knowledgeable with strong communications & organizational skills. Experience in working with internal & third party engineering groups and external customers. Direct experience in product management and marketing for microprocessors, multimedia (graphics, video, DSP's and/or audio), mobile wireless IC's, or similar design-win oriented complex logic functions, is desirable.
Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience in the semiconductor, software or consumer electronics industries with a minimum of 2 years in marketing.
