Mr. Lazer has been General Manager of NeoMagic Israel since July 2007. Previously, he was Manager of Software Engineering from 2004 and was a member of NeoMagic’s engineering team since December 1999. Prior to joining NeoMagic, Mr. Lazer worked at Elbit Systems developing software modules for avionics projects.
Mr. Lazer has over 14 years of engineering and management experience in embedded software programming. He has extensive experience in designing high performance video codecs for multiple processors and parallel-embedded architectures. Mr. Lazer led NeoMagic’s development of competitive MPEG4 and H.264 codecs along with automated testing environments.
Mr. Lazer has a Bachelors of Arts degree from the Technion Institute, Israel (Cum Laude).
