Joined NeoMagic in April 1998, and the co-founder of NeoMagic Semiconductor India Pvt. Ltd., Kanpur, a wholly owned subsidiary of NeoMagic Corporation. Mr. Agrawal has over 35 years of experience in manufacturing, project management, general management, excise and customs, and MIS. Before joining NeoMagic, Mr. Agrawal worked for nearly 30 years at the Steel Authority of India (SAIL), most recently as Assistant General Manager. He holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Bihar Institute of Technology, Sindri, India. |

Joined NeoMagic's operations in India in July 2001, as Vice President of Engineering, at NeoMagic's Design Center at Noida, India. Mr. Goyal has nearly two decades of experience in engineering, engineering management and business management in the multimedia and communication industry. Before joining NeoMagic, Mr. Goyal was with Sasken Technologies,
where he helped initiate the company's diversification into communication technologies and
then built the company's Audio & Video Technology business activities. Prior to Sasken, Mr. Goyal worked for 10 years in the areas of communication and 3D Graphics. Mr. Goyal holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical and
Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, India. |
