David Tomasello, Chairman Of The Board and VP, Strategic Planning
In addition to being the Managing Director of Bluestone, Mr. Tomasello is also the managing partner of Attiva Capital Partners, Ltd., an independent investment firm. Mr. Tomasello currently serves as our Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. He is a shareholder of WorldGate Communications, Inc. and formerly a member of their board of directors. WorldGate is a leading provider of personal video phones and related technology. Mr. Tomasello previously served on NeoMagic's board of Directors from August 2008 to September 2008. Mr. Tomasello is a graduate of Boston University with a BS/BA degree in finance.
Syed Zaidi, President and Chief Executive Officer
Syed Zaidi joined the NeoMagic's engineering team in June 1995, was promoted in 2000 to Vice President of Santa Clara Engineering. He was responsible for Santa Clara engineering management and development of MIPS and ARM based multimedia SOC's. Mr. Zaidi has over 17 years of engineering and management experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining NeoMagic Mr.Zaidi worked at Sierra Semiconductor, where he was responsible for systems engineering of Multimedia products and at Raytheon where he too worked in multimedia semiconductors for high-end Graphics development. He has also worked at Advance Micro Research where he designed and developed UNIX based multi-user systems, multiple Video and Graphic ASICs for Multimedia products. Mr.Zaidi obtained a Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Leeds University, England and a BSET from Indiana State University. He also holds several US patents.
Charlotte Willson, VP, Finance and Administration
Charlotte Willson joined NeoMagic finance team in August 2003, and in 2009 was promoted to Director, Finance and Administration. She is the Corporate Secretary and SEC Compliance Officer for NeoMagic. Ms. Willson has over 25 years experience in the fields of finance, legal, and materials management, primarily in the hi-tech industry. Her diverse background includes financial and SEC reporting, policies and procedures management, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, JIT inventory management, and financial and manufacturing systems conversions and implementations.
Roderick Peterson, Director of Information Technology
Roderick Peterson joined NeoMagic in October of 2000 as Director of Information Technology, responsible for domestic and international locations. He has over 20 years experience in the IT industry. His diverse background includes Mainframe Operations, LAN, Internet, IT Infrastructure, business applications and the integration of emerging technologies. He has successfully lead the development and deployment of major applications at several global companies. He also successfully owned and operated a IT consulting business for over five years. Mr. Peterson is a published author of two Sarbanes-Oxley books on IT compliance.
Benjamin Bolinguit, Director of Operations
Benjamin Bolinguit joined NeoMagic manufacturing team in November of 2003, and in 2008 was promoted to Director of Operations. He is responsible for planning and managing the global supply chain for NeoMagic's products. Mr. Bolinguit has over 25 years experience in manufacturing operations in assembly, test and planning for technology based companies. His diverse background includes global inventory and supply chain management, project management for new product introduction, production control and planning, procurement and shipping. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix.
