In addition to being the Managing Director of Bluestone, Mr. Tomasello is also the managing partner of Attiva Capital Partners, Ltd., an independent investment firm. He is a shareholder of WorldGate Communications, Inc. and until recently was a member of their board of directors. WorldGate is a leading provider of personal video phones and related technology. Mr. Tomasello formerly served on NeoMagic's board of Directors from August 2008 to September 2008. Mr. Tomasello is a graduate of Boston University with a BS/BA degree in finance.
Mr. Fitzgerald is a senior financial counselor for Financial Profiles, a financial communications firm, in Los Angeles. Previously, he has been a top-rated investor relations and corporate communications officer for a number of companies, including Capital Cities/ABC, Seagram Universal and MGM Studios. He has extensive contacts with institutional investors and the financial press. Mr. Fitzgerald received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Williams College and an MBA in finance from The Stern School of Business at New York University.
Mr. Granier-Phelps is the Managing Director of Mediastone LLC, one of NeoMagic's new investors. He is also currently the Director of Business Development at Radio Caracas Television (RCTV) and a co-founder of GOTV, a premium Hispanic digital distribution company. An award winning filmmaker and entrepreneur, Mr. Granier-Phelps is a fellow of the Motion Picture Institute and a member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
Mr. Rosengard is the founder and principal of Rosengard & Associates, Inc., an advisory and consulting firm based in the New York metropolitan area. Before organizing Rosengard & Associates in 2004, he served at Cablevision Systems Corporation in various key finance positions including Executive Vice President, Finance and as Senior Vice President, Finance and Controller and as Senior Vice President, Finance of Rainbow Media Holdings, Cablevision's programming and content development arm. Prior to his 18 year tenure at Cablevision, he was Director, Planning, Business Development, and Research of the CBS Broadcast Group, a division of CBS. Mr. Rosengard has an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University with Distinction and a BS in Business Administration Cum Laude from the University at Buffalo School of Management.

Syed Zaidi joined the NeoMagic's engineering team in June 1995, was promoted in 2000 to Vice President of Santa Clara Engineering. He was responsible for Santa Clara engineering management and development of MIPS and ARM based multimedia SOC's. Mr. Zaidi has over 17 years of engineering and management experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining NeoMagic Mr.Zaidi worked at Sierra Semiconductor, where he was responsible for systems engineering of Multimedia products and at Raytheon where he too worked in multimedia semiconductors for high-end Graphics development. He has also worked at Advance Micro Research where he designed and developed UNIX based multi-user systems, multiple Video and Graphic ASICs for Multimedia products. Mr.Zaidi obtained a Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Leeds University, England and a BSET from Indiana State University. He also holds several US patents.
Mr. Bellavia served as CEO of Xecom, a leading supplier of miniature communication components and custom modules for Original Equipment Manufacturers, from 2002 to 2006. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Bellavia was Vice President, Marketing and Sales at California Micro Devices, a leading supplier of application specific analog and mixed signal semiconductor products for the mobile handset, digital consumer electronics and personal computer markets. Prior to joining California Micro Devices, Mr. Bellavia was the principal of Bellavia Consulting a High Tech general management consulting firm focused on wireless, Internet, software, semiconductor and hardware companies. His previous management experience includes Intel and HP. Mr. Bellavia serves on the board of directors of ECCOgen, a financial services company in the K-12 campus cashless solutions card market, and has been the Chairman of their Governance and Nominating Committee since 2008. Mr. Bellavia previously served on the board of Green Motors, an alternative clean fuel technology automotive distributor (2007 to 2009), and as a member of the Technical Advisory Board of Intanghi, a communications software start-up developing solutions to manage the complexity of Enterprise Systems (2003 to 2008).
Mr. Bellavia received his BSEE at Clarkson University and his MBA at the University of Rochester's Simon Graduate School of Business.
From March 2004 to March 2007, Mr. Sullinger was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at NeoMagic Corporation. Since March 2007, Mr. Sullinger has worked as an executive search consultant at Egon Zehnder International. Prior to joining NeoMagic in 2004, Mr. Sullinger was Director of Finance at ON Semiconductor, a provider of power and data management semiconductors and standard semiconductor components. Before joining ON Semiconductor, Mr. Sullinger spent seven years in investment banking, most recently as Vice President of Technology Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Sullinger served on the Board of Directors of Medistem, a biotech company, where he served as Chairman of the Audit Committee from 2007 to 2009.
